Program Breakdown:

Week 1- Orientation & Software Training

Introduction to MECAD and the team.

Hands-on with SOLIDWORKS, Mastercam, and SigmaNEST.

Software tutorials and practice tasks.

Daily journaling of experiences.

Week 2- Skills Development & Job Shadowing

Real support calls and internal ticketing.

Begin Design Project using all three software tools.

Participate in "Clash of the CAD" design challenge.

Week 3- Cross-Department Exposure

Sales: Customer journey & prospecting.

Marketing: Social media + Website project.

Consulting: Assist on projects.

CRM & Helpdesk: System walkthrough.

Week 4- Project Finalisation & Presentation

Finalise and present your engineering solution.
